Kansas Virtual Academy
Kansas Virtual Academy, a program of Spring Hill Unified School District No. 230, provides an education designed to help students reach their potential. Kansas-licensed teachers develop Individualized Learning Plans for each student and conduct live online classes. An engaging, interactive curriculum features an Advanced Learner Program and subjects such as art, music, and French- and Spanish-language courses, along with small-group remediation support as needed. The school offers Learning Coach support and networking and offers many opportunities for students to connect through in-person outings.
Insight School of Kansas
Insight School of Kansas, an online program of Spring Hill Unified School District No. 230 and an AdvancED accredited program, helps 7th–12th graders of all abilities—from those interested in AP® courses to those in need of credit recovery courses and remediation programs. The school structures daily schedules for students that allow for support to address their needs and help them reach their academic goals. Students benefit from an experienced team of teachers, academic advisors, counselors, and administrators. Qualified students can earn college and high school credits through concurrent enrollment in college-level courses.
Insight School of Kansas's Adult Learner Program
Insight School of Kansas's Adult Learner Program is a tuition-free option that provides students who have attended high school for five years or more without graduating the chance to earn a high school diploma. The school works with adult students to create a flexible schedule that allows them to structure their online learning around their busy schedules. It is not a GED program, but an AdvancED accredited high-school diploma-granting program that is recognized by employers, colleges, and universities.
